The Rooms:

Dining:
Our food is arguably one of our best offering. They are home cooked by the owner ’s wife and her maids, using the best locally sourced produces. Our delicious traditional cuisine and the highly personalised service from the owner’s family have been favorably commented upon several times by most of our customers (we encourage you to read the reviews on this site as well as on Trip Advisor Click here).

• Bottled water, carbonated drinks and snacks are available to purchase.
• We do not sell alcohol.

There are no set menus, but guests can discuss their wishes and preferences with us and within reason and subject to availability, we will be happy to oblige!


Recreation and Entertainment:
• Private Houseboat hires. Typically, a full day trip with stay on board (fresh food cooked on the boat by a private chef) simply a day trip along the vast Vembanad Lake, canals and by the thousands of acres of paddy fields at Kumarakom or Alappy. Highly recommended.
• Private back water cruise on country boats (for hire).
• Other package tours. Typical destinations include Thekkady Tiger reserve forest, Munnar mountain range and Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Other destinations are also catered for via our preferred travel services suppliers.
• Ayurvedic treatments/rejuvenation therapy(With the Consultation of doctors).
• Private performances of traditional art forms such as Kathakali, Thiruvathirakali and Chendamelam. Prices up on request, and subject to availability of performers.
• Cycles for hire. Best way to explore the local area.
• Traditional angling facilities (free)
• Pedal boating (free)
• Explore the owner’s farm to study the different exotic plants and trees or to spot the exotic birds.
